I booked Paddington and took an 11 year old granddaughter and my 18 year old teaching assistant granddaughter. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Staff very friendly and welcoming and made the experience totally Paddington. My granddaughter found Paddingtons suitcase on the platform and her name was mentioned on the train, which was really nice for her. Great settings in all the rooms and Paddington at the end was very friendly and photos are great. The girls both sat in the room at the end and coloured in a Paddington picture.

We visited Paddington as a family group; which included my 2 year old grandson. We all enjoyed the experience thoroughly, but my grandson absolutely loved it! The cast were all wonderful and interacted with the young ones in a fun, educational way. I am sure my grandson will enjoy it even more when we visit London again. All in all, a great way to spend a few hours with family!

We really enjoyed this experience- the kids were entertained from start to finish ( as were the grown ups!) Scenes were well designed and actors very convincing. Would highly recommend

I don't think it was worth the ticket price. Everything seemed really rushed. Your pushed from room to room. One side of the train windows didn't work which spoiled that part. Then at the end you are just left. Very weird experience. Given it 4 just because the decor was great but wouldn't recommend unfortunately
