I felt the tour covered the highlights in the Niagara area and additional the tour guide pointed out other sights not included in our tour to check out on our own, which was appreciated. Thank you headout.

The friendliness and knowledge of the guide. He made the trip perfect. The Falls and all we saw was wonderful but history of them and the area made it so much more interesting.

The best part of our experience was Cheryl our tour guide. She was knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. We chose this package because it included lunch in the tower but it did not. Cheryl contacted Headout for a partial refund for that part of the package. . Headout needs to correct their advertising. The person representing Headout & communicating with us before the tour made our experience stressful. They couldn't provide our tickets even though I had paid for the tour a week in advance. Trying to communicate with the Headout representative via email and text message was rediculous and nonproductive. They couldn't provide us a pickup location for the tour until the night before. Leading up to the tour with all the text messages & emails of excuses & lack of their inability to provide the pickup location made feel I had been scammed until Cheryl pulled up to pick us up for the tour.

There's just too much to share specifically, but your tour guide Jessica is a 10. My husband was having difficulty with the walking and she just took over and made it an unforgettable day for him. This was a bucket list trip for him at 86 and he's still raving 4 hours later and will continue I'm sure. And, I must say it wasn't all about the sights, but all the information Jessica shared.

Getting information, instructions, and updates in advance, the day prior, and day of the tour including the pick up location and tour stops was extremely helpful. Dana the drive was so kind and very knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience all around.

    • Vychutnajte si celodenný výlet v malej skupine k Niagarským vodopádom na americkej aj kanadskej strane vrátane odvozu z hotela, zastávok na vyhliadkových miestach a cezhraničného presunu.

    • Využite služby odborného anglicky hovoriaceho sprievodcu, dopravu z hotela a späť k Niagarským vodopádom na strane USA aj Kanady a vstup do všetkých hlavných atrakcií.

    • Vstúpte do Jaskyne vetrov, nechajte sa osviežiť vodnou hmlou z Bridal Veil a potom sa vyvezte na lodi Maid of the Mist – sezónnej lodi, ktorú nahrádzajú podobné zážitky.

    • V zime, keď loď „Maid of the Mist“ nepláva, vyberte sa na výlet „Journey Behind the Falls“, aby ste si zblízka vychutnali hukot vodopádu. Potom vystúpite na vežu Skylon Tower, odkiaľ sa vám naskytne úchvatný panoramatický výhľad na všetky tri vodopády.
