I thought the experience was very good, but not special. Scanning a QR code to get the headset for the audio wasn't great. I didn't see why we just couldn't pick one up, but everything else was pretty good. I like the location. I like the factory. I like the effort put into making the experience a good one. If I know anything one else going to Zürich I will tell them I had a good time there.

The Lindt Chocolate Museum is an absolute must! It was very interesting learning all about the creation of chocolate and time expertise and special attention it takes to make delicious chocolate. Sampling chocolate was really fun and we enjoyed the shop where we bought lots of chocolate to bring home to friends and family. Be sure not to miss the fabulous huge chocolate fountain as you walk in the door!

Such a well planned experience - staff were super friendly, lots of information about the origin of cacao and about the process of making chocolate, great to see the chocolate line in action and generous with their samples ! Would recommend a visit!

Entry and welcome were great and staff was fantastic at every point, loved the smooth flow which we followed very easily and the cafe at the end for a sit down

A fantastic tour through Zurich! Although some streets were closed and the route had to be adjusted, it remained a great experience, and the Lindt museum was a brilliant highlight.
