The guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. The architecture was beautiful, and the tour was both incredibly informative and stunning. A fantastic experience and a must when visiting Bucharest.

The parliament was nice. Unfortunately AnnaMaria our guide was not pleasant. She just did her job. She wasn't friendly or approachable if someone had or wanted to ask questions. It made for an unpleasant experience.

Good facilities, relaxing place when quieter later in the day, although could benefit from better customer service on arrival explaining the self service locker / cabin use.

Z Budapešti sme vyrazili pohodlne a náš sprievodca Mario bol hneď od začiatku profesionálny a veľmi priateľský. Hrady a zámky sú nádherné a začiatkom novembra sme si pravdepodobne vybrali to najlepšie obdobie, pretože atmosféra, jesenné stromy a hmla vytvorili prekrásnu scenériu.

I greatly enjoyed what we di. The guide was fabulous. However we only saw two of the four rooms listed on the tour. I understand this is necessary at times, but surely you could have alternatives. There must be more than 4 rooms worth visiting!!
