Last week

The staff was incredibly friendly. The food on board was really delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. It was also clean, the atmosphere on board was very pleasant, and there were sunshades on deck for anyone who didn’t want to sit directly in the sun but still wanted to feel the breeze. The tour itself was also a lot of fun. The Moselle landscape is simply a treat. I’d love to go again!

Overall, it was a nice boat ride. Unfortunately, the female server wasn't very friendly and was inappropriate. In our small group, which ate and drank on board, there was a woman with diabetes who, due to her blood sugar levels, consumed only a very small amount of food she had brought with her. When the waitress mentioned above noticed her eating, she behaved in a very unfriendly and unpleasant manner toward the elderly woman. Our attempts to intervene only made the situation worse. As a result, we left the ship with a bad experience.

We had a wonderful time exploring Koblenz and its surroundings from the Rhine in just one hour. The punctual and quiet boat took us through natural areas without disturbing the ducks. We let ourselves be lulled by the gentle motion; the weather was beautiful, and we listened to the commentary in German and English. We would have just appreciated a little music to add a touch of whimsy.

We missed our original trip, but mr. Giles very kindly allowed us to take another one. It was really relaxing cruise with very friendly stuff. Good coffee and really tasty flammenkuchen. Prices on board are really reasonable. .
