I really liked the ship! The "Rhein Galaxie" offered plenty of comfort and lots of space during the trip. There were delicious drinks at reasonable prices. One small tip: definitely check the departure location, as ours was changed at the last minute and we had to walk another 150 meters. If we hadn't arrived early or didn't speak German, the boat would have left without us. Please fix this!

On a sunny day in Cologne, what best is to let your dreams escape with a beautiful one hour cruise on the Rhine River! The trip is smooth, the boat is comfortable with an open top deck allowing to relax with a local fresh draft beer looking at that interesting landscape. You are never lost from the old city centre since its magestic cathedrale always shows its ears from far away :) What a great cruise! Thanks HeadOut for that head-up!!!

Not all the staff are friendly! A saleswoman at one of the park's snack bars. I felt uncomfortable with her manners and contemptuous reactions (openly huffing and sighing). I didn't say anything. I don't like causing a scene. But it lingered on my mind for the rest of the outing.

Although the Cologne skyline is not the most exciting, this boat trip was absolutely lovely. The ship itself was spotless and travelled smoothly along the river. My only complaint was that people were smoking out on the deck which definitely impacted my enjoyment. I would recommend this cruise if you are interested in doing something like that while you are visiting the city.

Good boat and organization. The drinks we ordered on board took a very long time to arrive; they brought them almost at the very end, but otherwise it was fine. There is almost nothing to see from the boat in Cologne, but since the weather was good, the cruise was great.
