    We really enjoyed this little cruise on the Mississippi. The paddlewheel boat took us back to our childhood, and we spent the whole time thinking about Tom Sawyer :)

    I enjoyed the narrator. Great job! The cruise began on time. Love the cocktail and snacks. I'm in New Orleans for a conference. Had a break and decided to cruise on the "Natchez". The jazz was very smooth. Never been to New Orleans. What a great experience.

    Spectacular customer service/interactions. Beautiful weather and views of the Mississippi River. Bar food and drinks were delicious and reasonably price.

    Card machines not working. Limited food. But a great boat ride. Easy to get on and off the boat. Staff was friendly. Limited items at the gift shop.

    We enjoyed the music (it wasn't too loud) the views and the historical narrations. The boarding was easy and there was plenty of seating. Inside or outside was available. Restroom facility clean and easy to access.

    The music was very good and the band had the place dancing! And the scenery along the Mississippi River on the real Steamboat was a great way to spend the afternoon. The drinks were great too!

    Amazing NOLA experience. Beautiful boat, scenery and facilities on the boat with authentic live jazz and friendly narration. Highly recommended

    I really enjoyed the service on the trip. The crew was so friendly and carried such good energy. The drinks were really good and I loved how the menu catered to the Mardi Gras events. Such a smooth ceiling trip would definitely recommend others!
