Sightseeing Cruises in Hamburg

It was a perfect fit right from the start! I met some great people. We had a fantastic skipper who exuded confidence and calm and clearly loved his job. It’s a completely different and immersive way to experience the port of Hamburg.

We had a great cruise; it was very well organized, and seeing the container ships at night was a real highlight. The tour guide was excellent and explained a lot of technical details in an entertaining way. The music played during the cruise was well-chosen. All in all, it was a very successful cruise.

We really appreciated that, because of the weather, we were offered a heated boat. Unfortunately, it didn’t go through the Speicherstadt. Maybe the price could be adjusted accordingly! We really enjoyed the knowledgeable, informative, and thoroughly humorous tour of the harbor, even if it wasn’t always entirely accurate and occasionally included some old-fashioned “wife jokes.” The 30-minute delay in departure time was negative and incomprehensible: The departure time was listed as 3:30 p.m. at the time of booking and in the app, and we were told to arrive early. Departing at 4:00 p.m. without communicating this is not good and comes across as unprofessional.
