Great fun learning about the history of Guinness and even more enjoyable drinking a quality pint from the home of the iconic beer. The stoutie tour I would highly recommend, great fun to see your picture on the top of a fresh pint of Guinness.

A good measure of Jameson's to welcome us was followed by our guide Paddy's fascinating tour outlining the history and science of the distillery. We were also treated to tales laced with humour. The absolute highlight was the group tasting experience and learning how the different manufacturing pathways for the three samples conferred them with subtly different flavours and qualities.

What I loved most was the whole experience — everything was well organized, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the tour gave us the chance to see and experience so much in a short amount of time. It was enjoyable, relaxed, and definitely worth it.

A fun, knowledgeable chap gave us the history of the Jameson company and how it evolved. A flight of 3 of Jameson's whiskeys allowed everyone to compare the taste and mouthfeel of 3 of its flagship products. A fun hour or two, which also included a grog!

Das Guinness Storehouse war für uns eines der Highlights unseres Dublin-Besuchs. Die Ausstellung ist modern, abwechslungsreich und wirklich interessant gestaltet – selbst wenn man kein großer Guinness-Kenner ist, bekommt man einen tollen Einblick in die Geschichte, Herstellung und Bedeutung dieser irischen Ikone. Besonders gut hat uns die Mischung aus Information, Unterhaltung und typisch irischer Atmosphäre gefallen. Der krönende Abschluss ist natürlich die Gravity Bar ganz oben: ein frisch gezapftes Guinness genießen und dabei den großartigen 360°-Blick über Dublin erleben – besser kann man einen Besuch kaum beenden. Die Organisation war sehr gut, das Personal freundlich und die gesamte Präsentation hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht. Unser Fazit: Wer in Dublin ist, sollte das Guinness Storehouse unbedingt besuchen. Informativ, unterhaltsam und typisch irisch – und das Guinness mit Blick über die Stadt bleibt definitiv in Erinnerung.

The Irish Rock and Roll Museum is a relatively small attraction with a lot of content tucked in. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the musicians and memorabilia in the collection. The museum is focused on three artists and mentions several others. More attention could be given some of the lesser known and up and coming artists.
