Servizio impeccabile! Ho prenotato questa visita circa 3 settimane fa e fino all'ultimo non ero sicuro di aver fatto tutto correttamente (purtroppo sappiamo tutti le fregature che circolano). Invece mi sono trovato benissimo: all'arrivo nel punto designato ho ricevuto i biglietti, sono entrato subito e l'audioguida inclusa ha reso la visita unica. Posso solo ringraziarvi e farvi i miei complimenti! Continuate così!!

Am fost însoțiți în permanență de ghidul nostru Petre, care este foarte dedicat și profesionist în munca sa. Într-adevăr, nu a trebuit să stăm la cozile lungi de la intrare. A fost o experiență incredibilă.

O vizită minunată la Castel Sant’Angelo! Punctul culminant a fost cu siguranță terasa, care oferă o panoramă uluitoare asupra Romei, fluviului Tibru și Bazilicii Sfântul Petru. Un loc perfect pentru fotografii superbe și amintiri de neuitat. Recomand cu căldură!

Je krijgt goede info van Head out , het was wel zoeken in het begin waar we terecht konden met onze tickets . we konden niet dadelijk van uit de trein samen met de andere gasten het domein op , we moesten nog 1,5 km wandelen naar een soort van Tourist office om daar dan onze finale tickets te krijgen (we hadden eerst al aangeschoven met onze head out tickets in de reguliere wachtrij) . Beter dan de audiogids is ter plaatse in deze winkel een papieren gids te kopen die je een route maakt op basis van de tijd die je hebt , kost 10 € en kan in het Nederlands . want met de audio gids leidt je niet rond , als je aan een bepaald nummer komt moet je het opzoeken en luisteren ( in NL kan niet ) Zelf hadden we de route van 2 uur genomen, als je dat doet dan mis je wel de bekende lichamen die je verwacht te zien , kijk dus eerst even op de kaart waar je deze kan zien en voeg dit dan toe aan je route. al bij al wel een positieve ervaring, in het begin wel wat zoeken ( maar staat in feite wel aangegeven in je reseverings info )

Même si l'entré était gratuit, mais avec audio-guide cela avait plus de plaisir pour moi, beaucoup de renseignements utiles, les 5€ ne sont pas perdu

Bogdan is a great guide, he made all the experience easy to keep up, interesting and funny. we liked his way to keep us together, in a good pace even for the elders, always giving history hints and knowledge with humour! Vatican museum and Cappella Sistina stand at their height of expectations for anyone who have never visited them, but better do this with guide if it's your first time visiting. We didn't had the chance to visit the basilica since it was Wednesday and every Wednesday there is a pop auditorium. Although we just visited the basilica next day on our own, no ticket needed just some queue waiting. Better try it late in the afternoon and before 19.00 nothing to complain about, except the really crowded and touristic vibe you bump on allover the city, but this is inevitable.

This was advertised as a "skip the line" tour, that is false. We waited in a very long line but it wasn't terribly bad. We also had a little trouble finding our contact. He had to give us the information so we could listen on the self guided tour. Not sure why they instructed me to download the Dex App if we were using something else. Anyhow, the information we listed too was interesting and the structure was pretty cool.
