I booked for 7 people and everyone was totally satisfied. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped make reservations for the restaurants we wanted to dine at. Our rooms were perfect! Very clean and we were able to use a main table to share wine and cheese as a happy hour together. The hotel was quite and everyone had a good sleep. Excellent staff! Sincerely, Valerie

Les thermes sont justes grandioses. C'est superbe. Rien à dire de plus. Je regrette d'avoir acheter les billets à l'avance car à l'hôtel j'aurais pu avoir 10% sur les entrées. Les tongs sont horribles !!! Il faudrait un plan pour savoir où et quoi .... sans se perdre !! Dire si on peut prendre un sac par exemple et des sous !! Tout le monde ne parle pas italien ou anglais !! Le français existe aussi.

Todo apropiado sin espera para entrar , pues ya habíamos comprado las entradas con antelación . llegamos 15 minutos antes y todo fue muy rápido en las termas de San Pellegrino
