CEA MAI TARE CĂLĂTORIE VREODATĂ!!! Ieșind din aeroport, a fost foarte ușor să găsesc stația de autobuz. Panourile electronice afișau orele următoarelor plecări. Când a sosit autobuzul, am fost plăcut surprins de energia atât de primitoare și pozitivă a șoferului. (Serios, dați-i omului o mărire de salariu pentru amintirea de neuitat pe care ne-a lăsat-o!). I-a ajutat pe pasageri înainte de plecare, iar odată porniți la drum, ne-a ținut la curent cu următoarele opriri. La sosirea pe Spencer Street, șoferul a răspuns la întrebările pasagerilor pentru ca aceștia să-și poată continua călătoria. Mi-am cumpărat biletul online, dar existau o mulțime de automate de bilete la ambele capete ale traseului. Recomand cu căldură acest serviciu ca fiind o modalitate comodă de a ajunge în centrul orașului Melbourne la următoarea ta vizită.

The experience was great from the beginning because was really easy buy my round ticket online, when arrive at tullmarine airport get the bus immediately , the stuff was friendly ,efficient and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable during the trip and enjoyed the good wifi in the bus. I'm strongly recommend Skybus services.

Great service. Person on ground was very informative, intuitive and made the first time traveller feel at ease. Bus driver was helpful, assisted with heavy bag storage. Keep up the good work, definately recommend using SkyBus.

Convenient and comfortable. Unmistakable stopping points both at the airport and in town. They run approximately every 15mins so if you are looking for a value for money way to or from the airport would recommend.

Great service and friendly drivers. I would book tickets at airport next time as it seemed easy to do and could book a return trip where as I had trouble booking a return trip so was more expensive that way.

The service was very quick and just outside the exit from Melbourne Airport. Was easy to locate and get scanned in and wait for the bus to arrive which was only a couple of minutes.

Arrived at Tullamarine AirPort walked outside the buses were every 15 mins we got off 35 mins later at Southern Cross station Melbourne walked outside right on Bourke street could have worked out any easier. Return trip was reverse so dropped back out front of T3 With plenty of time to check in Great Job for us

I had a return ticket. The Skybus was very easy to find - boarding and storing luggage was easy; the ride into Melbourne was smooth snd the view from top floor seating was great. On return, we were delivered a bus in good time. Upon arrival at the airport, I alerted the driver of a sleeping passenger and he happily went to that person and inform him of his arrival at destination. Very impressed with overall service.

The ride itself was a positive experience and the driver an excellent example of the 'go the extra mile' attitude. Prompt, efficient, comfortable and all-round positive. Just one thing; we boarded at Box Hill. Lack of signage through the precinct is an issue. We're not the bewildered type. But we were bag-dragging retired people, intent on meeting the departure time, never been therefore and it wasn't easy.
