Joel, our guide, was outstanding. He ensured we saw a wide range of wildlife - hippos, rhinos, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, hyraxes, babboons, antelopes, impalas, a lion and others. We also saw a wide range of birds. He navigated dusty, bumpy roads as smoothly as possible, stopping as needed for pictures of the sunrise, the city in the distance, and the birds and animals. He told us stories in David Attenborough style, too. We saw how a male ostrich crossed our path and went in search of a female who was clearly not interested, despite his colourful flaps, twirls and dogged pursuit as she edged away, and then ran. We saw the male antelope losers who traveled in packs as friends - until a new opprtunity arose to be with the ladies. He pointed out birds who were forever mates, and how they waited for each other during road crossings. We also saw how baby rhinos, hippos, babboons, zebras and ostriches were supported by their mothers. Joel was also flexible about our return, took us to a bead factory after the park visit since we fortunately spotted so much wildlife esrly in our tour, and acccmmodated our request for a new drop-off point. A magical moment in time.

Stephen our guide was knowlegable and charming. The jeep was clean and well designed. We saw many animals includonmg several rhinos close up.

Went solo on this safari and honestly, it blew my mind. The guide, Daniel, was super chill and knew exactly where to drive for the best animal spots (he had this sixth sense for rhinos, I swear). Van was comfy, AC worked, and I actually appreciated the windows for photos—open jeeps are cool but dusty. We got really close to giraffes and I legit forgot I was, like, ten minutes from Nairobi city center. Only bummer: no elephants in this park, which I didn’t realize, but everything else was there. The early morning light was EPIC for pics. If you’re in town and want a taste of wild Africa without the crazy travel, this is your jam.

Took my parents (both in their 60s) and my 8yo son, and we all had a blast. The van had a pop-up roof, which was super handy for my kiddo. Saw loads of zebras and a couple of sleepy lions. Our guide, Moses, had a ton of animal facts, though tbh sometimes he got a bit carried away with the birds (I’m not a bird person, lol). We had to wait at the entrance for about 20 mins because of some paperwork thing but after that it was smooth. Not cheap but honestly worth every shilling for the smiles I saw on my folks’ faces.

This tour was soooo much fun! Came with my bestie and we couldn’t stop giggling every time the giraffes crossed the road. Shoutout to our guide, John, for playing along with our weird questions (like, do hippos ever get sunburned?). He even found us a quiet spot for a quick snack break. The only downside was the park bathrooms—bring ur own tissues, trust me.
