I booked for 7 people and everyone was totally satisfied. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped make reservations for the restaurants we wanted to dine at. Our rooms were perfect! Very clean and we were able to use a main table to share wine and cheese as a happy hour together. The hotel was quite and everyone had a good sleep. Excellent staff! Sincerely, Valerie

The thermal baths are simply magnificent. It's superb. Nothing more to say. I regret buying the tickets in advance because I could have gotten 10% off the admission at the hotel. The flip-flops are horrible!!! We need a map to know where to go and what's what... without getting lost!! They should let us know if we can bring a bag, for example, and some cash!! Not everyone speaks Italian or English!! French exists too.
