The tours of the Uffizi Gallery and the Pitti Palace were fantastic. However, at the time of our visit, the Boboli Gardens were of no interest at all due to the drought and ongoing construction; it was extremely hot, and none of the fountains were running... Too bad.

It was so convinient to have all tickets in one place. Ecerything went smoothly. It's best to visit atractions in seperate days because it's a lot to digest! Wonderful sculptures and paintings. Definetely embrace yourself to experience the works of masters.

A beautiful building and an impressive art collection. It was a bit intense because you almost had to walk over people’s heads. Luckily, we’re tall. We really enjoyed the art.

The instructions were clear, but what they didn't make clear from the start is the fee they charge for each ticket transaction. I bought some tickets for a tour in Florence that was really great; the audio guide you download lets you go at your own pace, which is a real plus when you're traveling with kids. What I find outrageous are the fees for processing four tickets. When I went to the official website of the site I visited after purchasing them through HeadOut, I realized that children got in for free, and I ended up paying 47 euros in fees—when on the official website I would have paid only 16 euros for my ticket and the three children would have gotten in for free!!!

I liked the Palatine Gallery, but the paintings aren’t protected at all. I seem to recall that the sun was shining directly on a Titian!!!!! It makes me think they’re fakes.... The fashion exhibition area surprised me, and I really liked it. The gardens were quite disappointing. They’re large but soulless, with nothing special about them. There was construction going on, and the most interesting parts were blocked off. They should be open to the public as a public park and leave the palace itself as a museum.
