All the experience was perfect and pre-booked everything in advance (hotel pick-up and drop off, lunch, boat ride) and had no trouble at all.... Our guide Karim was excellent... Only downside was the communication about the pick up was made the previous day late in the evening.

I had an amazing experience visiting the Ouzoud Waterfalls. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning waterfalls, beautiful walking trails, and incredible viewpoints. It was a perfect opportunity to enjoy nature and discover one of Morocco’s most impressive natural attractions. A special thanks to our guide, Ejlaydy Mouhsine, who made the trip even more enjoyable. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. He took the time to explain interesting facts, answered all our questions, and ensured everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. His enthusiasm and excellent guidance truly enhanced the experience. Great visit! We arrived at 8 a.m. right when it opened—it was very pleasant because it was cooler. No wait. The staff was very friendly, especially with the kids. There was a very nice bird exhibit in the temporary pavilion.
