What's not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and food are not allowed due to limited storage on site.
• There is no waiting room for non-participants, so only those taking part in the activity should arrive.

Accessibility

• There are no bathroom facilities on site, so participants should use restroom facilities before arrival.
• If anyone in your group has physical limitations, you must notify the operator in advance.

Additional information

• Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session for the mandatory safety induction; late arrivals (less than 15 minutes before departure) will forfeit the session with no refund.
• The maximum combined weight for a triple flight is 200kg, and the minimum combined weight is 70kg.
• The minimum age to participate is 7 years old, and all participants must weigh at least 25kg; everyone will be weighed before departure.
• Parking is available in paid zones or at a free roadside or beach carpark nearby.
• No refunds or cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of the activity; changes within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
• Parasailing may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions or if minimum participant numbers are not met.
• Extra charges may apply if weight limits are exceeded and flights need to be split.
