What to bring

Bring a valid driver's license if you intend to drive a buggy, as the minimum age to drive is 18 years old.

Wear closed toe tennis shoes or water shoes, as flip flops or sandals are not permitted during the activities.

What's not allowed

Personal belongings such as cameras, cellphones, and bags are not allowed during activities for safety reasons.

Pets are not suitable for this experience and are not permitted.

Accessibility

This experience is not recommended for people with back problems, heart conditions, pregnant travelers, or those needing wheelchair or stroller access.

Infants must not sit on laps, and infant seats are not available.

Additional information

The minimum age to participate is 5 years old, and the minimum height as a passenger is 1.30 meters (4.27 feet or 51.2 inches).

Lockers are available for an extra cost (USD $5 for a small locker, $8 for a large locker).

Hotel room number and name must be provided at least 48 hours before the tour for pickup arrangements.

Pickup time will be communicated and occurs before the activity start time.

There is no public transportation nearby, so plan your arrival accordingly.
