Punta Cana Horseback Riding Tour with Waterfall Pool, Lunch and Roundtrip Transfers

Ride hidden jungle trails on horseback, swim in a waterfall pool, and enjoy a typical Dominican lunch, with round-trip transfers included.

Getting started

Begin your four-hour adventure when your round-trip transfers collect you from your accommodation and take you into the Dominican countryside. On arrival, you check in and get set up with all necessary equipment for the ride. A short briefing prepares you for the terrain before you are matched with a horse and the trail ride begins.

What to expect

Horseback trail ride

This horseback riding segment takes you through serene landscapes that showcase the rural side of the Dominican Republic. Over the course of the ride, you leave the road behind and follow paths that lead deeper into the jungle environment.

Features

• The horseback riding route features hidden trails where you can move at a relaxed pace and observe the region's vibrant flora and fauna along the way.
• All necessary equipment is provided for the ride, so you can focus on the scenery and the experience rather than bringing your own gear.

Jungle waterfall pool

After the trail ride, the terrain opens up to the Waterfall Pool, set within lush jungle. This is your chance to cool off and enjoy a different side of the same landscape you just crossed on horseback.

Features

• Waterfall pool access lets you relax in refreshing water surrounded by dense greenery, creating a clear contrast with the drier riding paths.
• Time at the pool is unstructured, so you can choose between swimming, sitting at the edge, or simply taking in the jungle setting.

Dominican lunch area

Once you have dried off, you move to a dining area where a meal that reflects local Dominican flavors is served. This break becomes the social part of the day and gives you time to sit down and recharge.

Features

• A typical Dominican lunch is included, giving you a taste of regional cuisine without needing to plan a separate meal stop.
• Filtered water is offered in glasses during lunch, so you can rehydrate in a controlled way without purchasing bottled drinks.

Transfers and logistics

The experience is structured to minimize your own planning, with transport and timing coordinated for you. After the final break, you prepare to leave the countryside setting and return to your starting area.

Features

• Round-trip transfers are included, so you are picked up and dropped back without arranging taxis or rental cars for the excursion.
• Snacks and drinks beyond what is listed, as well as professional photos, are not included, which keeps the core package focused on the horseback riding, waterfall pool access, and lunch.
