We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Our driver and guide, Kamal, was excellent very friendly, helpful and informative throughout the trip. He made the experience even more enjoyable and we would highly recommend this tour especially Kamal to be driver . The pottery and argan oil-making stops were interesting and gave us a great insight into the local culture and traditional crafts. The products at the argan oil stop were quite expensive compared with those in the Medina market, although the quality may be worth the difference. The walk to Ourika valley was so fabulous and even lunch with the nature was the best experience.Overall, it was a fantastic tour and we thoroughly enjoyed it! 🌟

We had a wonderful day on our excursion to the Ourika Valley with Kamal, our very friendly guide who taught us so much throughout the drive and the whole day. We visited a Berber village, a carpet factory, and an argan oil production cooperative, hiked up to the waterfall, not to mention having a traditional meal right by the stream. It was a packed and very informative day. We were a small group, and we all recommend taking this day trip to Ourika, even if it is very touristy.

Very beautiful destination, well worth the trip. Our local guide was fantastic (hello Mustafa!). The only downside was being picked up at 8:00 AM by a driver who then transferred us to a shuttle with other groups in other languages (even though we had booked the tour in English), where we had to wait unnecessarily for 45 minutes before departing.

We were picked up by Ossman at the exact time and place he specified, and he sent us a photo of the vehicle with the license plate. The day before, we received confirmation of the time and the meeting point. So, very good. The vehicle was very comfortable. Ossman drove very well despite the mountain road leading to Setti Fatma, as well as the traffic on Moroccan roads. Ossman was very friendly and answered our questions. It was very pleasant. We didn't do the short hike to the Ourika springs (because we are too old 😢). But attached below are photos of the river where you can eat with your feet in the water 👍 it's great and traditional. Plus, given the 40°C heat in Marrakech in mid-September, a little coolness did us good. To finish, 5/5 for everything. I recommend Headout and Marrakech tours for their service. And 6/5 for Ossman, who was very attentive and very friendly.

The driver was very friendly, as was our guide for the short hike to the waterfall. The Ourika Valley is beautiful and we enjoyed the meal sitting on cushions by the river with our feet in the water! Thank you
