Our tour guide, Parminder, was great! Each part of the tour was great! The Hormblower cruise was everything and more that we expected. The ponchos were definitely needed! We thoroughly enjoyed the excursion. The Canadian Falls are beautiful!

Our All-Inclusive Tour with the Hornblower Cruise, Journey Behind the Falls, and the Skylon Tower was one of the highlights of our trip, thanks to our wonderful guide, Parminder! She was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk with from the very beginning. She shared fascinating stories about the people who attempted to go over the falls in barrels and other daring ways, along with so many interesting facts about the fireworks, the falls, Goat Island, and other attractions in the area. Parminder answered every question we had and made the entire experience fun, informative, and personal. We were also lucky enough to be the only two people on a tour that could have held up to 16 guests, so it almost felt like a private tour! She made us feel very special and took great care of us throughout the experience. We truly appreciated her knowledge, enthusiasm, and kindness, and we would highly recommend taking a tour with Parminder to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

Our guide Frank stayed in constant contact starting the day before the tour so we already felt confident that we would be well cared for before we ever arrived. We didn't feel rushed and it was great not having to drive ourselves around. The small group size was worth the extra cost compared to other tour companies. The Hornblower combo package we purchased was just right. We felt like we got to see and experience all the big Must-Dos. Overall we had an amazing 1 day Niagra adventure. Would 100% do this again with a different package. Thanks, Frank!

The boat cruise was amazing! Our guide Manu was Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this tour. Lots of walking.

Since it was still the off season, the cruise was replaced with "Niagara Takes Flight" which was a great substitute. (I highly recommend it as it gives you glimpses of deep under and behind the falls, as well as some of the historical evets that occurred in the area.) Our guide, Alisha, was friendly, knowledgable, personable, and organized. It was helpful having her to keep track of times, places and tickets. An excellent tour.

It was an easy book and easy meet up! Alisha was a wonderful guide, knowledgeable, and patient while waiting for everyone. She was also helpful with me and my family when we decided to opt out of the Niagara takes flight show (which replaced the boat tour). We were super bummed about the boat tour getting cancelled due to inclement weather, but we understood. We did not want to see the show, so of course, I had to make sure we got a refund. The thing I was frustrated about was how difficult it was to connect to an agent through chat on the HEADOUT app. At first, you have to go through an automated service before connecting to an agent, but because I was still on the tour, I kept getting disconnected before I got to an agent. I would have to get out of the app and then retry again and find messages from an agent trying to help but had to leave because I took too long to answer. I tried calling but no one would answer. So I sent an email. That pretty much did the trick. Even though it was frustrating to make sure I got a refund, it was a relief that I did. And it didn't take long at all for the money to be refunded, so that was great. The Skylon Tower was pretty cool, seeing the falls at a Birds Eye view! I liked that we were able to go outside to hear the falls. It was also nice of Alisha to give us time to shop in the gift shop and use the restrooms. On our walk to Table Rock for Journey behind the falls, it was a lovely day, a bit chilly, but enjoyable! Alisha showed us several fun stops, including her friend, the black squirrel! Sadly we had to part ways when we got to Journey behind the falls since we were not partaking in the show. The journey was pretty cool! Going down in the caves and getting to see behind the falls! Just wish that instead of Niagara takes flight, the power plant was a better option to replace the boat tour.
