FamilyVerified booking2 weeks ago3/5Being very honest, I was quite disappointed. Was I wrong to expect a glass-bottom boat? I don't think so. Several 3'x3' holes in the floor of the boat (with high walls around them, difficult for a small child to navigate) was not the experience I envisioned for my 2 year old granddaughter. I expected to see more sea life and less of a boat ride with narration about the hotels and swimming spots along the waterfront. The entire thing was a waste of money.Sep 20265/5Took my mom for her birthday (she’s a BIG ocean nerd) and wow, she was soooo happy. The crew (shoutout to Kiki and Jim!) were seriously the NICEST, kept cracking jokes and even spotted a sea turtle for us. We sat up front and the wind got wild, so bring a hair tie if you’ve got long hair, trust me. Glass bottom was cooler than I expected, could see all kinds of fish. Only thing, you can’t bring food aboard, but they have water. Would do it again in a heartbeat.Sep 20264/5Family trip with kids (ages 7 & 10). They LOVED looking through the glass at the bottom, esp my youngest who kept yelling 'fish!!' every 2 mins. Crew was chill, answered like 80 questions (thanks for patience, Brandon). Didn’t see dolphins but saw a turtle and tons of colorful fish. Boat was a bit packed tho, so try to get there a little early for the best spots.Aug 20265/5Wasn’t expecting much tbh, but this was actually super cool. The glass bottom thing makes you feel like you're in an aquarium, but you’re out on the real ocean. Staff kept us laughing the whole time. Only downside: boat rocks a lot when windy, so if you get seasick maybe take something before.
