No queuing was a good start. The headphones and commentary added depth to the exhibits which were well set up in chronological order.

We originally did the tour in 2014 & thought it was excellent then. Doing this tour in 2026 & seeing the changes / enhancements to the stadium & surrounding area's - this tour surpassed all expectations. Kevin & Rosie (our tour guides) are a wealth of knowledge, serious when they need to be but also very humorous.

We came as a family from Australia although scouse we moved there 5 years ago, so for my 9 year old son this was a trip to savour. The guide Mark really made a big fuss of my son and made the tour so memorable for him, letting him lead the line through the players area. Mark (and Terry) should be commended for their knowledge and personal touch combined with great humour, we loved our tour and would recommend it to anyone, my son is still smiling from the treatment he received from Mark. Thanks for giving him the memories to cherish for life.

The tour was very well laid out with informative pictures and text. The video show in the clock tower was excellent. The guide was very good and we didn't feel rushed at all even up and down all the steps to the tower.

Very well laid out museum full of fascinating history about the 'Liverpool Lads'. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Hard to believe it's 60-years ago when they started. All the staff were very pleasant & the coffees in the cafe excellent too. Highly recommended😊
