It was well organised. A great itinerary. The tour guide (Roger) was very professional, funny and knowledgeable. I had a problem with the booking (my fault) and the office booking staff (Crystal) sorted it out perfectly for us. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great destination and boat tour was once in a lifetime. Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately meeting time information provided was confusing and resulted in us missing the actual departure. Fortunately were able to join the tour the following day

The tour was nothing short of spectacular. The tour guide, Luis was well knowledgeable of Toronto. Being our first time in Toronto, we really enjoyed all the sightseeing and explanations from him. The cruise through the falls was our highlight of the tour. It was absolutely beautiful. The journey was smooth and left the pick up point on time. We would highly recommend Gray line buses.

Excellent day all round. Both driver and host were great. Host was friendly and knowledgable & driver was very good too. Loved visiting Niagra Falls. Was a real bucket lister for both my wife and I and didn't disappoint. We had the lunch package included and the buffet meal at the Sheraton was very good. Excellent day, would recommend.

Samir's driving was great! Very kind and respectful! Peter should work on ensuring that everyone from the group is present. When we made it to the falls, he got off the bus and immediately walked off, while my sister and I were trying to help my mother off as she has a bum leg. There were several tour groups in the area so we got separated since Peter SPED OFF. We called customer support and they stated Peter would return to get us, which he didn't! WE ended up finding HIM and he was unapologetic and dismissive! I totally get that it's a lot of people, but his lack of compassion and accountability in that moment was very distasteful! Regardless, our favorite part was the boat ride into the falls! And Samir rocking us to sleep after a long day, shout out to Samir you rock!
