With our pre-booked tickets, we were able to skip the line, pick up the tablets for the tour, and enter the abbey. We didn’t have to wait at the entrance. We waited maybe 5 minutes at the tablet counter. It would have been great to reserve an extra tablet for the child in advance (there’s a fantastic kids’ tour on it with an interactive treasure hunt), but since the child didn’t need a ticket yet and we’d only booked two tickets, we couldn’t reserve an extra tablet. However, booking one on-site was no problem at all. Perhaps in the future, you could offer €0 tickets for children so that the option for the extra tablet becomes available.

A truly wonderful experience at Mont Saint-Michel! Everything was organized very smoothly and hassle-free with the tickets we bought here on HeadOut: we arrived at the Abbey at 10:40 a.m., and the free guided tour in Italian—included with the ticket—started at 10:45 a.m. The guide was excellent—very knowledgeable yet friendly and engaging. She told the Abbey’s story in an interesting and enjoyable way, making the visit even more special. I highly recommend this tour!

The Mont Saint Michel was amazing. What made it even beter, was that we had bought tickets online. We could skip the huge queue and just enjoy the abbey. Don't forget to also select the tablets when you're traveling with children. Ours loved to be able to see the ancient setups.

It was quick to buy the ticket. Tickets were available 20 minutes before the event, even though the official website no longer had any left. It was easy to get into the abbey even though it was crowded. Honestly, buying a ticket on your site was a great experience. Thank you very much.

Step inside Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey and explore the monument independently. Walk through its stone stairways, courtyards, chapels, halls, cloisters, ramparts, and terraces, with time to pause at viewpoints overlooking the bay. Depending on the option selected, your visit may include an information booklet, an audio guide tour with an immersive tablet, or guided tour of the village.

Accessibility

Mobility: The site is challenging for visitors with reduced mobility, and some areas remain difficult to access even with assistance devices and adapted tour options.

Service animals: Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed inside the monument, but other pets are not permitted.
