Alex and her friend thoroughly enjoyed their time at the Western Water Park, they loved every aspect of it and both felt that it was so much better laid out that the huge water park in Tenerife as her grand parents knew where they were most of the time and they could see them without panicking too

Amazing service! My 9 years old girl snorkelled for the first time in a wet suit away from shore and was a bit nervous at the beginning . A lovely lady stayed with her all the time, leaving the rest of the group to her colleague and made sure she is safe and enjoying it . At the end we got dropped to our hotel by Moe ( not sure about the spelling) even though we didn't book a pick up/ drop in advance . Great job everyone ! Thank you!

We booked in the morning, arrived a few hours later. Everything was seemless and thank goodness everything isn't English prices. Parking isn't an added extra, yes phot epeeriences are but they are special moments: food and drink reasonable prices. Perfect for our 6 and 7 year olds.

Very poor organization by staff at the Avenida Antoni Maura tour departure point. The lines—between those waiting for the bus, those trying to buy a ticket, and those with online reservations—are poorly managed, causing confusion and stress.

The bus ride was nothing special. The only interesting thing at Marinalend was the show with the sea lions and dolphins; there wasn't much else to see. There just wasn't enough of anything.
