I bought my tickets online in advance for a group of four people, and collecting the physical tickets took me less than 5 minutes because there was no one there. When our tour time arrived, we started walking down the 300 steps, but it didn't feel too long because we made stops while the guide told us some interesting things about the cave. When we arrived inside, the cave was amazing. It's not a big cave, but it's really impressive because of the natural pond of water inside, which creates some beautiful light effects. The tour guide included some facts, as well as lots of jokes, which made the visit even better. I really recommend visiting this cave.

**Review Draft:** The Margaret River Lake Cave Guided Tour was an absolutely breathtaking experience and a total must-see! Our tour guide, Ava, was fantastic—exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable about the cave’s unique history and formations. Her enthusiasm made the tour engaging from start to finish, and the natural beauty of the cave left us completely speechless. Highly recommended!

Beautiful unique cave. Surprisingly we saw a crab in the lake. Apparently it is introduced for some print work during renovation. The sounds of water droplets bought great joy in the active cave Thanks to the guide that gave us good detailed info about the cave

What a brilliant experience. We've done a number of caves around Australia and abroad. This is by far the best one we have experienced. The path is well laid out, the guide was fantastic and the different formations were so beautiful.

Had a great visit to Jewel Cave in Margaret River. The cave itself is absolutely incredible, with some really impressive formations and plenty of interesting history along the way. The tour was informative without being boring, and the guides did a great job explaining how the cave was formed. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Margaret River area — especially if you enjoy nature, caves and seeing something a bit different. Would happily recommend it!

Unbelievable . The public are so lucky to have this available to see. If it weren't for tour companies, we wouldnt have the opportunity to see such amazing things.
