• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Additional information

• Wear comfortable shoes as this tour involves a lot of walking.

• The vehicles do not have luggage space. Therefore, guests are recommended to keep large bags and prams back at the hotel or residence.

• Please note, there is no storage on the bus or in the booking office for prams and large bags. Kindly leave them in your car or hotel room.

• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, guests will be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

• If the tour is canceled due to poor weather, guests will be offered a different date or a full refund

• Guests under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above.

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs.

• While booking, please provide the name of your hotel.

• This is applicable to all hotels in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, or Main Beach and Southport.

• If your hotel is not in the pickup zone, you will be provided with the nearest pickup location.

• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your hotel.
