Choose the standard same-day ticket if your Kyoto schedule is flexible. Pick a dated OTA e-ticket on weekends or holidays if you want to avoid the onsite ticket-purchase queue.

If you are traveling with a stroller or wheelchair, avoid peak show times when corridors get tighter near popular tanks and the stadium entrance. Elevators and ramps are available, but crowd levels affect comfort.
