This was an amazing tour, the Palace and the gardens were spectacular. But what really made this tour so special was our guide Lisa. She was a wealth of information and presented everything in such a way that was very memorable. I would definitely recommend this tour to friends and family.

Schöne Tour und tolle Einblicke. Die Führerin kannte sich aus und konnte tolle Einblicke geben. Auch die Kopfhörer waren ein großer Mehrwert, man konnte sich alles in Ruhe anschauen und hat keine Infos verpasst und alles gut verstanden. Nur die versprochenen 2,5h wurden stark unterboten. Die Führung ging am ende "nur" 1,5h

Oltre a vedere grsn parte della città è stato comodo poter scendere e risalire a piacimento nelle varie fermate. Siamo stati a vienna solo una notte e il big bus ci ha permesso di muoverci per la città senza dover prendere i mezzi pubblici

Super easy to buy the tickets and get there. Directions are clear and helpful. And definitely listen when it tells you to get there early! We got to see lots of animals without huge crowds because of that.
