Start your adventure with highland traditions

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your Zakopane hotel. En route, you’ll stop at a traditional Highlander shepherd’s hut (bacówka)—the oldest in the region. Here, you’ll sample locally made oscypek cheese, known for its smoky flavors, and sip regional Highlander alcohol while your guide shares stories about the mountain culture and craftsmanship.

Ride through the Tatra wilderness

Gear up with a helmet, balaclava, boots, and suit, and hop on your quad bike or snowmobile (if it's snowing or snowed recently) for an adrenaline-fueled ride. A professional guide tailors the route to your comfort level while you cruise through Witów’s scenic trails, forested paths, and panoramic Tatra mountain views. The ride offers not just thrills, but plenty of photo stops and moments where you’ll find yourself awestruck by the natural beauty all around you.

Bonfire feast & cozy wind-down

Midway through your ride, stop for a traditional bonfire. Warm up with a hearty meal, sip regional liqueur, and swap stories with fellow adventurers in the peaceful mountain setting. Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and sturdy shoes suitable for mountainous terrain. In colder months, bring gloves and warm layers.

Don’t forget to carry cash for the quad/snowmobile rental.

Accessibility

This experience is not suitable for pregnant travelers or wheelchair users.

Additional information

The Quad/snowmobile rental fee is not included in the ticket. The rental fee is 400 PLN per two-person vehicle, payable in cash at the rental site.

You can choose from single and two-person vehicles. Please note, two people can share a two-person quad or snowmobile.

The minimum age to drive independently is 18; children aged 5 and above can ride as passengers.

In case of snowfall, the activity will take place on snowmobiles instead of quads.

Your hotel pickup time may vary by up to 2 hours depending on tourist traffic. You’ll receive a confirmation call around 8pm the day before your trip with your exact pickup time (usually between 8-10am).

Alcohol consumption before or during the ride is strictly prohibited.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the pick-up point.
