Begin with a local instructor-led calligraphy session, moving from simple introductions to first strokes before you start creating your own piece.
Make the most of the included book supplies as you map out your chosen kanji character, then complete an original artwork as the finale of your class.
Experience the rhythm of Japanese calligraphy as each brushstroke builds confidence, turning unfamiliar kanji shapes into an expressive design.
Opt for the colorful art calligraphy style to play with layered hues, decorative motifs, and bold layouts that frame your design with graphic flair.
If you prefer classic aesthetics, select the black ink Shodo option to focus on precise brush control, balanced strokes, and traditional character form.
