WONDR Experience

• Children under 10 are only allowed during Kids Time and must be accompanied by at least one adult per child

• Children aged 10–13 are welcome during all opening hours but must be accompanied by at least one adult per group

• Average visit duration is around 90 minutes, though guests may stay as long as they like during operating hours

• Lockers are available on-site

Fabrique des Lumières

• The experience lasts approximately 50 minutes

• Located at Westergasfabriek, Amsterdam

• Narration is in English with Dutch subtitles

• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time; late entry is permitted up to 30 minutes after the start time (except the final slot of the day)

• Recommended for children aged 6 and above; children under 5 require a free ticket

• The venue is cashless and accepts card and digital payments, including credit card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal

• Family and group bookings are available; Stadspas and press card benefits apply according to venue rules

• Parking is available at Q-Park Westergasfabriek, around a 10-minute walk away
