Brilliant place to visit, plenty to see and enjoy, all the staff are very helpful and all seem to know all about the animals. A good day out especially if you have children.

Gary the bus driver was very talkative, informative and polite to everyone. All of the animals looked healthy and well fed. My personal favourite the asian elephants, i was very pleased to hear that the inclosure was being upgraded.

    Range of animals on view despite extreme heat. Baby elephant and rhino were quite active and fun to watch. butterfly house stunning.

    All good, but the signage and map were both inadequate. A thorough coordinated review would be very worthwhile.
