• Wear secure, closed-toe footwear with good grip for moving around the vessel safely.

What's not allowed

• Interacting with, feeding, or attempting to touch whales, dolphins, or other marine animals is prohibited.

• Pets cannot be brought on board for this experience.

• Arrive at the Old Harbour House at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

• If no whales or other designated wildlife are spotted, you'll receive a complimentary return ticket valid for up to three years, subject to availability.

• As this is a wildlife excursion in a natural environment, both animal sightings and sea conditions may vary from one trip to another.
