It was a tough trek (2.7 kms) to the Wadi pools and back (2.7 kms again) but Abdullah our guide was first rate and made sure everyone was okay and well hydrated. The swiming in the pools (about an hour or so) was magic and won't be forgotten in a hurry . The trip back to Muscat via the Binmah sinkhole was also very enjoyable watching the late afternoon sunshine colour those amazing mountains and brighten the whites of the villages along the way . Put this on your bucket list but make sure you are fit enough and right to go. Do it!

I loved this tour so much, our tour guide Muhammad was amazing. He guided us from the pickup and made sure we had a great time. Wadi Shab as a whole is a beautiful place, a wonderful trek and swim. I unfortunately dropped my phone in the water but Muhammad was so helpful, we got the locals to dive and get my phone back that too in working condition. I cant be thankful enough! Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone. We had a delicious lunch and some ice cream to savour in the heat. All in all, its the best way to enjoy oman, the nature, the extremely kind people and the food. Thank you Headout!

    ok so i'm not usually someone who writes reviews but this place genuinely moved me. you cross the water by boat first and then walk through these rock passages and the colour of the water is just insane, photos do not capture it at all. our guide Dmitry was full of energy the entire day, very encouraging especially when some people in the group were nervous about the swimming. the hidden cave with the waterfall at the end - i cant explain it, you just have to go. one of those days that reminds you why you travel

    if you're going to oman you absolutely have to do this. we went with Rachid as guide and he was fantastic - kept 10 of us safe and at a good pace the whole time. it was ramadan so lunch was in the van which sounds odd but was actually a nice hot meal, no complaints. bring proper water shoes with grip, the rocks can be slippery in the water sections, i can't stress this enough. the wadi is the main event, the sinkhole is nice for a leg stretch but wouldn't be worth the trip on its own

    honestly so much better than i expected. Mohammed was our guide and he was brilliant - really looked after everyone in the group and you could tell he genuinely cared. we parked our car at the meeting point for free which i didnt know was possible so that was a nice surprise. the only thing id say is maybe mention upfront that you can hire water shoes at the site, we found out when we got there which was fine but wouldve been useful to know. overall a really really good day
