Excellent guide! Entry time selected to actual entry into the building was short. A wheelchair was offered and provided for my elderly mother.

La guía, Sara, nos hizo muy amena la visita y nos facilitó muchos datos interesantes. Nos cambiaron de hora la visita retrasandola el dia antes por falta de quorum, lo pudimos acabar combinando pero si llegamos a tener el avión un poco antes no lo hubiéramos podido hacer.

To enjoy the Uffizi and see all the important art works I whole heartedly recommend this tour. The small size of the group ensures that you can get close to the art even when the Uffizi is crowded and ask questions to the guide. Our guide Mirella had great knowledge of art and history and communicated in an engaging way.

Seeing Florence as it is from the street level. Architectural beauty, people, topography, traffic. It was great to hear about it's history via the audio headsets too.
However traffic noise and delays did affect our enjoyment of the event.
