Great amusement park. However, when buying tickets with fast passes, it seemed that you are randomly allocated a time to use such passes and cannot select a specific time. Hence we had to gamble that our allocated time was going to be within the 9am to 6pm period that we could attend the park (our cruise ship departed Kobe at 7pm). Unfortunately we were allocated 7:30pm!!! Luckily some protracted negotiations with the helpful staff saved the day, but it could easily been a waste of £750 for 3 tickets with no guaranteed access or fast passes to Nintendo World.

Très bonne expérience à Universal Studios Osaka ! Le parc est magnifique et les attractions sont vraiment super. Il y avait beaucoup de monde, avec de longues files d’attente, mais grâce au Fast Pass, nous avons pu faire toutes les attractions que nous souhaitions sans perdre trop de temps. C’est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement de la journée. Je recommande de prendre le Fast Pass pour éviter de passer des heures dans les files d’attente !

Admission facile , compréhension d'utilisation des bons ok. Qr code fonctionnel. Juste une chose pour les personnes qui hésite, je pense qu'il est impossible de faire l'intégralité des attractions sans accès coupe Fil en une journée seulement, même avec une fermeture à 22h . Je n'ai jamais vu autant de monde dans un parc ... Et j'en ais fait 😅. Bref, site de confiance et efficace, je continuerai à l'utiliser.

Simplicité d'utilisation de l'application. Les billets ont bien été transmis et nous avons pu acceder aux differentes attractions avec les fast pass. Les billets de la zone Mario ne nous ont pas servi car la zone était ouverte à tous (faible affluence). Bref tout c'est bien passé.

Fast pass is definitely the way to go. Only down fall is that you don't pick the times , they are allocated to you so you have to be prepared to have a big day. Thankfully all the Nintendo rides were around the same time so we could move from one to the other easily!

Universal was an incredible experience!! Would recommend to everyone that visits Osaka in Japan. Our favourites were Super Nintendo World, Harry Potter, and Jurassic Park. The flying dinosaur was our top ride and the most insane roller coaster we have ever been on!

It was a very beautiful day, sunny and warm, despite the fact that it is a very populated place, this day in particular wasn't overcrowded, and we could enjoy the park , and using the express pass, we went to "the flying dinosaur" the Koppa's Challenge, and the Harry Potter attraction, we save hours in line because of that and we could spent more time enjoying the rest of the park

Really smooth entry with small queues, and nice inside the Express Pass allowed us to get so much more out of the day by spending a significant less time in queues for attractions than we otherwise would have. Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey an absolute highlight!

Was better than I expected. It felt like an adult Disney land, completely different to Universal Studios in L.A. The whole day was easy to navigate and was so much fun!!!!

Soooo much fun. Well organised via Headout. All the staff super efficient and friendly. Happened to rain most of that day but didn't matter. Loved every minute!

Keep your separate Express Pass QR ready on your device for participating attractions, and check your assigned ride times so you can plan your day around The Flying Dinosaur and the other experiences covered by your selected option.

What to expect

Universal Studios Japan

Explore Universal Studios Japan with your Studio Pass, giving you access to the park and its attractions for the day. Move between themed areas while using Express access at the rides included in your selected option.

Enter with your 1-Day Studio Pass QR and explore attractions across the park throughout your visit.

Use your separate Express Pass QR at eligible attractions for one-time priority access.

Your selected Express Pass option covers 4 or more attractions, with the exact selection depending on your choice.

The Flying Dinosaur

Head to Jurassic Park and take on The Flying Dinosaur, a suspended roller coaster that positions you face-down as you race through the ride's twists and drops.

Board beneath the track and experience the ride from a face-down position.

Follow the coaster through its twists, turns, and drops above Jurassic Park.

Use your Express Pass for one-time priority access when The Flying Dinosaur is included in your selected option.

Other Express attractions

Continue through Universal Studios Japan and use your Express Pass at the other eligible attractions covered by your selection. Depending on your option, these can include rides such as Mario Kart: Koopa's Challenge™, Yoshi's Adventure, Flight of the Hippogriff™, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™, Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem, or JAWS.

Check your Express Pass for the attractions and ride times assigned to you.

Ride time slots are allocated randomly by the park.

Each included Express attraction can be accessed once using your Express Pass.

Super Nintendo World™

If your selected option includes timed entry, visit Super Nintendo World™ during your designated entry window. Explore its Nintendo-themed environments and attractions before continuing with the rest of your park itinerary.

Explore Super Mario Land and its game-inspired surroundings.

Visit Bowser's Castle and experience Mario Kart: Koopa's Challenge™ when included in your selected option.

Discover Yoshi's Adventure™ when it is covered by your Express Pass.

Timed entry to the area applies according to your selected option.

What's not allowed

Re-entry to the park is not allowed once you exit the park.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

Wheelchairs and strollers can be rented for a small fee. However, they are subject to availability and cannot be reserved beforehand.

It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

Depending on your height or medical condition, you may be unable to use some attractions.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Time slots for rides included in your express pass are allocated at random by the park.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ no longer requires timed entry. If Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ is included in your Express Pass, you can ride anytime during park hours using the Express Pass lane.

You can upload your USJ Studio Pass ticket on the USJ app to secure timed entry to SUPER NINTENDO WORLD.

Please note that USJ Express Pass tickets cannot be uploaded in the USJ app as there is no such provision.

The Studio Pass is used for entry into the theme park, while the Express Pass is used at the entrance of each ride for priority access.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
