Such an amazing and awesome experience from start to finish. With ease of entry we were greeted by a world characterised by fantasy and wonder; meeting such iconic characters as Shrek and Fiona, seeing Marilyn Monroe captivate yet another generation, shops with decor to wow the senses and provide much needed relief against the summer heat. The lands themselves were next level, every detail thought of I truly felt transported to Hogsmeade and kung fu Panda. Thank you for allowing us to lose ourselves in the world of imagination

The park is nice, but there are more shops and restaurants than activities, and the wait times are very long- 90 minutes.

I love universal and nothing was wrong with the venue, or rides, it was just so busy, even in the off season. I think those in China get in free, just with their passes, so even on a quiet Monday, queues where up to 2hrs for each ride, which was disappointing. You do need your passport and with that, patience. The venue is convenient from the city centre, just sad how little you can really immerse yourself and have fun!

Getting started

Your experience includes 1-day dated entry to Universal Studios Beijing with access to all open rides, attractions, live shows, and themed zones. Simply select your visit date and step into a full day of movie-inspired fun and entertainment.

What to expect

Immersive themed lands: Explore seven cinematic worlds, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Minion Land, Transformers: Metrobase, Kung Fu Panda Land of Awesomeness, Jurassic World Isla Nublar, Hollywood, and WaterWorld.

Thrilling rides & attractions: Enjoy high-tech rides, interactive experiences, and family-friendly attractions inspired by blockbuster movies and franchises.

Live shows & entertainment: Catch spectacular live performances, character encounters, and themed entertainment throughout the park.

Dining & shopping: Refuel between adventures at themed restaurants, snack kiosks, and specialty stores across the park or upgrade your ticket to include a 20% dining voucher for Chuan Yue Wai Po Jia at Universal CityWalk Beijing, perfect for enjoying a post-park meal with added savings.

What to bring

Bring valid government-issued photo ID (Mainland China ID; Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan residents; passport for foreign citizens).

What’s not allowed

Bags/containers larger than 56 cm × 36 cm × 23 cm; hard-shell luggage and wheeled carriers, drones, remote-controlled aircraft, and similar devices are not allowed inside the venue.

Alcoholic beverages, food requiring heating or processing (e.g., instant noodles, self-heating meals), food or beverages in glass containers (except for medical, infant, or special dietary needs), and food with strong odors (e.g., durian) are not allowed inside the venue.

Cameras, photographic lighting equipment, video cameras, tripods, and other related items that may impede the safety or the operation of the Resort are prohibited from the venue.

Wagons, carts, wheeled carriers, electrically powered mobility devices, and other similar equipment that would impede guest flow and experience are prohibited at the venue except for mobility devices for the disabled guests.

Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas with clear signage at the venue.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible. If you need such service, please go to the Wheelchair Rental on the 2nd floor of Hub near Universal CityWalk Beijing or the Stroller Pick-up Services inside the park near the Front Gate.

Service animals are welcome to the venue. Guests with visual disabilities must show a disability certificate or provide the certificate number at the entrance. Guide dogs must be kept on a leash or harness and under the handler’s control at all times. Please note that guide dogs may not be allowed on some attractions.
