What to bring

• Bring a valid ID with you in case it is requested at the entrance.

• Wear comfortable shoes, and bring sun protection, such as sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, with you to the park.

• Carry appropriate swimwear and a towel with you for the water activities.

• Dress in breathable, light clothing when you visit.

What's not allowed

• Weapons, sharp objects, outside alcohol, mace, or pepper spray are not allowed at Universal Kids Resort.

• Inappropriate clothing or behavior is strictly not permitted inside the theme park.

• No pets or emotional-support animals (Trained service animals allowed).

Accessibility

• Many rides, shows, and attractions are designed to comfortably accommodate guests in wheelchairs or guests with other special needs.

• The theme park is wheelchair accessible with accessible restrooms, pathways, and more located in the park.

• Baby care areas are located across the park.

• You can visit the sensory gardens inside Universal Kids Resort for some rest and quiet time.

• Each of the multiple wet play areas will have adjacent changing rooms available for parents to change their children into dry clothes and allow them to have uninhibited exploration and play.

• Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Kids Resort (‘Universal’).

• Tickets exclude admission to separately ticketed events and exclude parking or discounts on food or merchandise.
