Spent 6 hours at Plaza Premium Lounge klia1 and it was fantastic. Great food, clean showers, comfy seating, and strong WiFi. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Made my long layover feel like a vacation. Highly recommended!

Had a long layover and spent 12hrs in the lounge. Had a great time resting, eating and had a warm shower before leaving. Staff was helpful and kind. I was not sure how it will go, have to say - I will be back!

Best way to travel to and from KLIA! Friendly staff, not packed, comfortable seats, nice and cool and lots of room for bags and suitcases! Convient toilets on the waiting platform at KL Sentral.

I have stopped here and used the lounge on two occasions over the last year or so. The Staff are very friendly and helpful and it starts with a warm welcome. Could do with a larger selection of foods but what was offered was of good quality. The shower was as good as the best for its size clean and fresh.
