The ride was smooth, helpful driver when we asked about our destination on Collins St. the bus is spacious and the luggage compartment makes us comfortable. We enjoyed viewing the route going to our destination.

I find that hard to answer after our problems getting tickets, getting wrong information from the guide at the Williamstown Wharf, sitting on seats in the ferry that were not attached to the floor and slid around and didn't provide adequate leg room, not being able to hear the commentary because it wasn't loud enough.
