It was great. Very friendly people and guards. The coffee at the tower was bad and we had to wait long to get it. But the site made it all okay. I was marvelled by the crown jewels, finally understand why so many (old) stories and movies are about stealing them. I'm so glad we made this trip. Tower bridge was great as well. It looks very nice, but the main thing for me was the more modern day glass floor where you could see the trafic beneath you. Scary for some but I like it

I'm a history geek, so will always love historical buildings and the Tower delivered. It was a shame the bridge was closed on my chosen day to visit, due to the heatwave, but I got to walk across and see it's beautiful design. It was all really easy to book with Headout and easy to obtain a refund due to the closer, so really pleased with the service.

Me encantó absolutamente todo! Fue una experiencia de esas que se guardan en el corazón para siempre. Si tengo que elegir lo que más me gustó, fue esa doble mirada de Londres: primero desde las alturas y luego desde el agua, como si la ciudad me contara dos historias distintas pero igual de fascinantes. En el London Eye, el momento cumbre fue cuando llegamos a la cúspide justo cuando el sol empezaba a dorarlo todo. Ver el Parlamento, el Big Ben y el río serpenteando entre puentes desde esa burbuja de cristal fue sencillamente sobrecogedor. Me quedé en silencio, pegada al vidrio, sintiendo que Londres entero estaba a mis pies. Esa calma en el aire, ese vértigo controlado, esa panorámica de 360°... fue pura magia. Pero el crucero por el Támesis fue la otra cara de la moneda, y quizá lo que más me emocionó. Pasar bajo el Puente de la Torre sintiendo el rumor del agua, ver los reflejos de las luces bailando en la corriente y escuchar el sonido de la ciudad desde el nivel del río me conectó con el latido auténtico de Londres. Fue mucho más íntimo, más vivo. El guía contaba historias mientras el atardecer se apoderaba del cielo y los edificios históricos desfilaban a ambos lados como en un sueño.

Der Tower ist wunderschön anzusehen wir hatten eine gute Zeit hier. Aber was viel wichtiger ist das Personal ist mega mega freundlich, wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Hotel unsere Tasche mit all unseren Souvenirs sind verschwunden keiner weiß wohin das Hotel hat uns leider nicht geholfen. Wir sind auf gut Glück zum Tower gegangen und haben versucht noch einmal reinzukommen um uns die Souvenirs neu zu verschaffen das Personal war schockiert über diese Nachricht und hat uns anstandslos hineingelassen. Danke dass es so tolle Menschen gibt

Esta experiencia ha sido el colofón de nuestro viaje a Londres, el poder ver todo londres desde arriba y después pasear hasta el london bridge en barco... los niños lo han pasado genial. Además con los niños ya cansados de andar, ha sido una buena forma de uacer turismo con ellos y que no terminen tan agotados. Lo único malo es que no explica bien que es hacia donde se dirige el viaje de ida. Igual cogias el barco desde el london eye y te ibas a la otra punta de londres.. y luego tenías que buscarte la vida para volver. A nosotros nos dejaron volver a embarcar en london bridge para volver hasta westminster.

Luggage, large bags, tripods, selfie sticks, and other photographic or recording equipment are not allowed in this experience.

Children under the age of 2 years can go for free, but require a ticket to enter.

Expect a wait time of up to 30-60 mins before your experience begins with a standard entry ticket.

Thames River Cruise

In the next step, you will be asked to select a time slot. However, note that the cruise has a flexible entry, and you can enter at any time.

The average cruising time for a Thames sightseeing cruise from one pier to the other is 40 mins except for Westminster Pier to London Eye Pier, which is 10 mins.

The Crown Jewels are a working collection and as a consequence, the display is subject to change without prior notice due to security reasons.

You can arrive within 30 mins of your ticket time (e.g., between 10am–10:29am). We are unable to guarantee entry before or after your time slot.
