The station is far from the park they should have transport for disabled elderly people. Got to the park entrance asked to hire a electric mobility scooter or a buggy. The said all they had was a normal wheel chair. My wife has spinal issues and can't walk far. I have breathing issues copd. So I had to push my wife around not easy at 73 years old. So yes not a good visit so the company who own this park have to help elderly people get around easier

Was pretty nice. But the security check was a little chaotic. Reaching the first stop showed how crowded it really is. As it was almost time to sunset this was expected. Yet it was a smooth ride thought. I urge everyone to go to the upper floor to understand how this building can be so stable at this height.

Everything was easy with the online tickets, there was no problem, we could go inside even a bit earlier. Highly recommend! a must see in Shanghai.

the rides very nice, and the premiere pass is so good, easily checkin, smpoth use 👍🏻 recommended for saving long queue time

The visit was very interesting but we had problems with the tickets as we did not know it was obligatory to download the app to obtain the qr and we had poor internet conexion
