The bus tour itself was very interesting and I formative. However, half of the headphone outlets were broken and the rest were only in mono - not stereo.

El museo es precioso y tiene una gran variedad de obras de arte. Me encantó la pinacoteca después me fui al castillo de Sforza que la verdad es un castillo maravilloso con mucha historia. Visité tanto lo que es el área de la fortaleza y luego visité un museo muy interesante con muchas obras medievales incluso habían armas de aquella época. En fin que todo fue maravilloso. Me encantó en todos los sentidos lo recomiendo y es muy práctico, porque al precio de estas dos actividades sale muy bien de precio.

Kupno biletów internetowych było łatwe i w przystępnej cenie, chociaż uważam że lepiej byłoby bez konieczności ściągania dwóch aplikacji do wejścia na jedną atrakcję. Najwygodniej byłoby gdyby bilet działał przez QR kod w mailu, a audioguide też przez skanowanie QR kodów w salach (momentami nie było jasne którego słuchać). Dodatkowo, nigdzie nie pojawiła się informacja o konieczności aktywacji i odbioru papierowego biletu w punkcie, znajdującym się poza obiektem.

The tour was relaxed. Not too fast. When the bus was busy with people pushing in to the queue we waited for 2nd bus and always got a seat. The routes were great. Lots of places to see. One issue was the cramming to get on. But customers need to learn how to queue.
