It’s not just something you “see,” it’s something you feel and become part of. One of my favorite moments was walking through the illuminated water-like floor installation it felt almost dreamlike, like you’re floating inside a digital ocean. The attention to detail in the visuals, lighting, and atmosphere is incredible. Even the quieter sections, like the creative/drawing space, added a personal touch and made it more immersive rather than just a visual show. What really stood out was how seamless everything felt no rush, no confusion, just pure exploration at your own pace. It’s perfect for anyone who loves art, technology, or simply unique experiences you can’t find anywhere else.

Alles super geklappt! Nach dem wir das Kombi-Paket gekauft hatten, kam die Bestätigung und dann die Tickets. Perfekt war die Beschreibung, wie man den Gutschein für das 24-Stunden-Ticket einlöst! Auch der Eintritt in Teamlab funktionierte problemlos. Eine tolle Erfahrung, leider hatten wir zu wenig Zeit eingeplant. Unser nächstes Event buchen wir wieder gerne über headout!

Purchasing tickets to team labs through head out was so good!! We would have missed having such a fun afternoon out with our teenage girls if I booked direct as the teamlab site said fully booked! Thankyou HEAD OUT!!

Amazing experience. Only bad things are that the wait time is long and it is overcrowded. I recommend buying the ticket in advance and maybe buying the "skip the line" tickets.

Guests who are drunk or rude, or engage in eating, drinking, or smoking on site will not be allowed to enter.

Re-entry after leaving is not allowed.

It is recommended to wear clothes that allow you to be knee-deep in water.

You will be advised to remove your footwear during this experience.

Keep in mind that there will be places where the light is more irritating or dim.

When the hall is busy, the staff will lead the customers to the exit who have stayed in the museum for a long time.

Wearing pants throughout the encounter is strongly advised as an exhibit area has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.
