Ladies at the front desk was helpful, kind and friendly The food was tasty. Plenty of choices for food and drinks. Dining area is tidy and comfortable. Showers and toilet are clean and spacious. Great lounger overall :)

Nice touch to be put into the children/parent room as it was more peaceful and gave our child more space to crawl around. Food was great and the quiet room was a welcome addition to get our baby to sleep

The staff were exceptional. We had nor used the once only lounge pass previously and the staff were courteous and helpful with our enquiries. The lounge was very clean, the showers and bathrooms well equipped-toiletries and hair dryer-and we only had a short wait time for the showers. Food was fresh and presented nicely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to future travellers.

Was nice. Not very quiet. Several children running around and playing games etc just being kids however not very relaxing for people travelling with out children. Also I did not get offered a massage. Food was average not a huge selection. Coffee was good quality. Internet service was fast. Some parts were really bright. I probably would not return

Great lounge. Plenty of seating,good variety of food amd drinks, massage was excellent and the quiet rooms are perfect for some undistiybed sleep. Showers also good. It's well worth the cost.

It was a nice lounge but I thought that the seating wasn't very comfortable. I liked the hot food and the range of different teas especially. When I go to a lounge I like silence and no music however one of the staff put some music on so I then moved to another part of the lounge. Was it worth the money? If the seating wasn't very better I would have said yes.
