Die Bestellung war leicht. Der Umtausch des Gutscheins auch relativ einfach. Wo sicher Verbesserung angebracht ist , die Resevierungen des Zeitfensters in einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nur mit der Seriennummer der Lisboa-Karte möglich. Diese bekommt man aber erst beim Umtausch. Hier sind dann die möglichen Zeitfenster kaum zu buchen. Wir hatten die 72 h Karte und hätten die Zeitfenster erst ab dem vierten Tag buchen können. Also konnten wir leider nicht alles anschauen. Aber im großen lohnt sich die Karte in jedem Fall.

Had a great time and enjoyed the castle. Was easy to order. If I had a criticism it took about an hour for the tickets to come through from the time we ordered them, our group felt that was a bit long for an online order. Usually tickets are immediately sent when ordered on line. Otherwise was a good experience.

Easy to purchase the Lisboa Card, even simpler to use. Just tap in on the mode of transport you're using and on you get. It was also good for getting into attractions free, or the Catherdal with discount. Would definitely recommend if you plan on visiting lots of places when in Lisbon.

Quick and easy service! Instructions easy to follow and using the app also very easy. Lots of choice for sights to visit in the area and saved standing in a very large queue! We ordered our tickets and went for a drink while waiting for them to come through.

The purchase was smooth and fast but beware that after purchase you might need to wait 2 hours before you get ticket. In my case i got them within 15 minutes. But the automatic email says it might be delivered in 2h.

Buchung und Kauf super geklappt. Per Email Bestätigung mit übersicht der Büros wo die Karte eingetauscht werden kann in die physische Karte. Achtung erst erhältlich ab den Angegeben Datum vorher bekommt man die nicht.

Nem kellett sorban állni, szép kilátás a teljes városra :) Bejárható a teljes vár, minden tornya. A múzeum sajnos zárva volt felújítás miatt.
