Had a great time and enjoyed the castle. Was easy to order. If I had a criticism it took about an hour for the tickets to come through from the time we ordered them, our group felt that was a bit long for an online order. Usually tickets are immediately sent when ordered on line. Otherwise was a good experience.

Quick and easy service! Instructions easy to follow and using the app also very easy. Lots of choice for sights to visit in the area and saved standing in a very large queue! We ordered our tickets and went for a drink while waiting for them to come through.

The purchase was smooth and fast but beware that after purchase you might need to wait 2 hours before you get ticket. In my case i got them within 15 minutes. But the automatic email says it might be delivered in 2h.

Eerst was het schrikken, want we kregen bericht dat het tot 2 uur kon duren alvorens de tickets ins konden bereiken. Via de chatbot evenwel werden wij geholpen en binnen de 10 min waren onze tickets beschikbaar

Foi muito boa a nossa visita, tranquila e sem fila. Mas achei uma pena não poder visitar mais partes do castelo. Mas entendo que seja necessário as restaurações e assim necessário as interdições.

The peacocks around the castle were really cool to see. There is considerable walking, as expected, within the castle with amazing views of the city.

Nem kellett sorban állni, szép kilátás a teljes városra :) Bejárható a teljes vár, minden tornya. A múzeum sajnos zárva volt felújítás miatt.
