Ishigaki: Phantom Island Snorkeling and Kabira Bay SUP or Canoe Tour

What to bring

• Clothing: Change into your swimsuit and clothes you don't mind getting wet before you arrive.
• Towels: Bring your own towel, as towels are not provided.
• Snorkeling gear add-on: Request a prescription snorkeling mask when booking if you need one.
• Personal care: Bring your own amenities if you want to use the free hot-shower room after the tour.

What's not allowed

• Age limits: You can join this tour only if you are between 3 and 59 years old.
• Pregnancy and health: This tour is not recommended if you are pregnant, have heart issues, or have back problems.
• Pets: You cannot bring pets on this tour.
• Alcohol: You cannot join or participate in the tour after drinking spirits.
• Strollers: Strollers cannot be used during this experience.

• Wheelchair access: The tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• Terrain note: The tour is not stroller accessible and involves boarding boats and moving on uneven surfaces.

• Age and options: SUP is available up to age 59, and younger children can join by canoe.
• Hotel pickup: Free hotel pickup is offered for southern Ishigaki stays booked by 5:00 PM the day before.
• Pickup area: Hotel pickup runs from ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort to Fusaki Beach Resort.
• Meeting point: If you are not in the pickup area, meet at Euglena Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal.
• Meeting landmark: Go to the red mailbox by the central entrance of Euglena Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal.
• Meeting details: You will receive your exact meeting time and place the day before your tour.
• Timing note: Tour times may shift slightly depending on tide and weather conditions.
• Luggage: You cannot store luggage during the tour, but coin lockers are available at the ferry terminal.
• Showers: You can use a free hot-shower room near the ferry terminal after the tour, but amenities are not included.
• Weather: The tour operates in light rain, but it will be canceled if conditions are unsafe.
• Contact lenses: You can safely join the tour while wearing contact lenses.
• Guides: Tours are guided in English and/or Japanese.
• Safety standards: All guides are certified water rescuers and the operator is Okinawa-certified.
• Operator contact: If you have not heard from the operator by 6:00 PM the day before, contact ISHIGAKI ADVENTURE PiPi by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Course choice: If you select the Canoe Course, you will paddle a canoe through Kabira Bay with included equipment rental.
• SUP option: If you select the SUP Course, you will paddle a SUP through Kabira Bay with included equipment rental.
